August Highland is the founder of the MAG. He is the orginator of "Metapoetics Theatre," and "Alphanumeric Painting."
Metapoetics Theatre is an online literary performance in which Highland presents his literary work through the use of persona. There are over 80 persona whose works are presented on over 30 websites. Collectively, Highland's persona have created 12 genres of literary fiction and have produced over 250,000 volumes of literature. Highland's work has been widely published online and in print and is in major university collections.

Editor-in-Chief: Daniele Pantano
Daniele Pantano is an award-winning poet, translator, and editor of several European and American literary journals (Härter, Niederngasse, M.A.G.). Of Sicilian and German parentage, he was born in Langenthal, Switzerland. His individual works have been featured or are forthcoming in journals and anthologies in Europe, Asia, and the United States, including The Baltimore Review, Gradiva: International Journal of Italian Poetry, International Poetry, Poetic Voices Without Borders, and Sunscripts. He currently lives in Brandon, Florida, with his wife and their two children.
Poetry Editor: Sheema Kalbasi
Sheema Kalbasi is a human rights activist, a poet, and translator. She is the Director of Dialogue of Nations Through Poetry in Translation, Director of Poetry of Iranian Women, Associate Director of the Other Voices International Project, and Poetry Editor for the Muse Apprentice Guild.
Poetry Editor: Daniel Y. Harris
Daniel Y. Harris, M.Div, Executive Director of the Jewish Community Center, Sonoma County, in the wine country of Northern California, holds a Master of Arts in Divinity from The University of Chicago, where he specialized in Jewish theology and comparative religion and wrote his dissertation on The Zohar. In addition to holding a Faculty position at Lehrhaus Judaica and an Instructorship at UC Berkeley, Daniel is a lecturer, essayist, poet, translator, visual artist and Poetry Editor of the Internet literary journal Muse Apprentice Guild. His poetry chapbook, Unio Mystica, will be published by Cross-Cultural Communications, in 2006. His publication credits include: The Pedestal Magazine, Exquisite Corpse, In Posse Review, 'eye', Poetry Magazine.com, Convergence, The Denver Quarterly, Panoply, Shampoo, Deviant Lit, Muse Apprentice Guild and The Vienna Peace Summit Catalog of The Society of Founders of the International Peace University. The Jewish Community Library of San Francisco, Market Street Gallery, The Euphrat Museum, The Center for Visual Arts and Dolly Fiterman Fine Arts are among his art exhibition credits.
