August Highland published the first issue of the MAG in August 2002. This issue appeared in June 2005 and contains hundreds of writers and literary works from over a dozen countries. Some of the work is not translated into English.

This is the last issue that August Highland edited and published online before he was no longer able to maintain the MAG.
