KENNETH WANAMAKER was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. He attended San Diego State University, graduating in 1970 with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts. He currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada where he manages a convenience store near the Strip. Though he has been reading and reciting poetry for thirty years he only began writing five years ago. His work has appeared on-line in Red River Review and in hard copy in Fauquier Poetry Journal, Apricorn Anthology, Driftwood Highway and Muse Of Fire. His chapbook Whispers From The Hall was pulished in 2000 by Shadow Publishing. Favorite contemporary poets include Billy Collins, Stephan Dobyns, and Charles Simic.
